Cancellation Policy
In order to reduce the amount of missed appointments and short notice cancellations. I ask that you cancel all appointments 24 hours before ensuring I have time to fill that appointment. Without proper cancellation or rescheduling my policy is as follows: 50% of the price of your scheduled service price The third appointment without proper cancellation or rescheduling, you will be banned from booking. All no call no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Communication is key. To help with the chance that clients may forget their appointments I will be sending out 48 hour confirmations.
